Some of the stories we tell includes the story about Crispus Attucks, a Black man who became the first casualty of the American Revolution, known as the Boston Massacre in 1770. We tell the story about the six Army Regiments of all Black Soldiers, enacted in 1866 after the Civil War and their legacy, rich history and contributions to America. We include the story of Cathay Williams, the only documented female Buffalo Soldier that disguised herself as a man to enlist in the Army in 1866. We move on to Jacob Wilks, a Colored Troop in the 116th Infantry during the Civil War, that became the first Black Sargent after the Civil War, in the 9th Cavalry Regiment, later nicknamed Buffalo Soldiers. The stories we tell are so intense until a group of young students asked how old we were. They believed we were over 140 years old, living back in 1866 based on our relived story telling. We also participate in the Toledo Lucas County Public Library's History Story Telling Series. The Toledo Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club, Inc. is a group of professionals, which are motorcyclist, and a charter member of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Clubs, Inc. Our mission is community service withemphases on our youth,providing information on the heritage and rich history of the 9th & 10th Cavalry Regiments of the United States Army's Buffalo Soldiers and their contributions to the United States of America and promoting safe and enjoyable motorcycling.

**2019 MOTORCYCLE SAFETY SEMINAR REGISTRATION**

Please fill out the Motorcycle Safety Seminar Registration for below and click Submit. You will then be registered for this seminar. Upon completing of the seminar, you will receive a "Certificate of Completion" that may be used to reduce your motorcycle insurance. 5TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, "BUFFALO LUAU BY THE BAY"

On October 1, 2013, we were approved as an Ohio Not For Profit Corporation, "Toledo Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club, Inc." Then on May 28th, 2014, we completed our probationary period and was approved as a charter club member of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Clubs. On June 15, 2019, we will celebrate our 5th Anniversary as members of the NABSTMC chartered brotherhood and sisterhood. We are proud members of this organization. As part of the celebration we will host a two-day event for our brothers and sisters, which will include a meet and greet on Friday, June 14, 2019 and Luau style cookout and live entertainment on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at Maumee Bay State Park Amphitheater.
