The IKEA hiring process is pretty straightforward. After all, we're straightforward people who like to keep things simple.

Questions change per position but always focus on how you handled various work situations in the past. So, think about it and be ready to share specific situations that you've been in where you had to use certain skills such as decision making, teamwork, problem solving, communication, etc.

I want to work at IKEA because I want to be able to make a difference, whether that be by cutting cost through becoming more efficient by reducing waste, cutting won on cost and passing the savings onto the customer. and helping deliver to customers the products they need quickly.
