That's true. Wecan only safely house and handle somany dogs. Interesting choice toattempt todestroy asmall business with your one star review. Weare busy enough and indemand, sowe are opening athird location. Bylooking atyour other reviews, you seem hard toplease. Prob best for you and usthat you made other arrangements.

The online portal makes iteasy tobook. Mydog seems happy there and they share pictures ofthe dogs ontheir Facebook page soyou can look forward toseeing them while you're away- this isprobably myfavorite part. Ialso used their “Spa Works Package” and mydog came home smelling like blueberries! Idefinitely recommend.
My only suggestion: the process for Express Check inis weird— you gothe website and download aform but you can't fill itout onthe computer ifyou wantto. Itsays to
print itand bring itbut Idon't always have access toa printer— soan online form (or afillable PDF you can email)would bea lot easier!… – show00

I cannot recommend this place enough. Iam anew pet owner and wanted somewhere that gave mygirl the attention and care Iwould giveher. This place goes ABOVE and BEYOND. Wehad our first day this week and Icould not bemore impressed with this facility and staff. They have athorough intake form you can fill out atyour convenience todiscuss yourdog, their like/dislikes/personalities/anything you want them toknow. They check vaccine records and have requirements for different ages/sizes of dogs. And this isall before you even showup. The check inprocess isa breeze and the staff members are upbeat, engaged, and clearly efficient inhow they work with their customers and dogs. They have aFacebook page that posts pictures ofall the dogs through out theday. Every picture ofmy dog showed her happy-tail wagging, big hound smile, eyes bright and clear. They call ifthere isany issue atall, and check out/pick upis just aseasy ascheckingin. They know your dog byname and keep track ofany issues during theday. They answer any and all questions promptly and cheerfully.
I had several questions regarding security asmy girl isa hound and makes abolt for the door atany opportunity togo outside. Ireceived athorough email describing the safeguards they have inplace, their theory ofcare, and was reassured that they are “freaks about safety and always err onthe side ofcaution”. Myquestion was answered within 24hours and was sodetailed inresponse. Ihave noqualms about bringing mydog here. Mydog was happy toseeus, and tuckered out by4PMwhen webrought her home. Icould not ask for abetter experience for mygirl, and Ilook forward tobringing her back. Icannot put aprice onthe peace ofmind Ihave leaving mydog with these wonderful people who Iknow will take care ofher and keep her happy while Iam atwork.

Bella got tostay for 4days and she lovedit. Weloved the idea that wecould leave her there feeling like she will bewell taken careof. They are awesome,when wecalled tosee how she was doing they responded pretty fast. Wewill bebringing her back for future stay Nplay and over nights. Thank you again!!

I can't say enough good things about Play NStay, especially the staff. Ifeel like they love Lexi asmuch asIdo. Lexi loves playing with her friends and isexhausted when she gets home!! Ilove the Facebook posts. Such agreat place!!

Our pets are always excited tobe dropped off and saying goodbye when wepickup. Facebook pictures help uswith that drop off feeling. Great customer service aswell.

They don't take pit bulls. It's all about the stigma associated with pit bulls. NOT ALL PITT BULLS are vicious! Ifthat's the case why can't they bemuscled while inyour care! Shameful. Your loss.

I was visiting myfamily inWheeling over the holidays and needed daycare for my8month old puppy. The application process was easy and Iwas able tomake adaycare appointment the followingday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and mypuppy came home tired and happy!

What awonderful place tosend our fur babies tostay when weare away (or anytime). Our pups love coming tostay atPlay NStay and aren’t eager tocome home when wecome pick themup. Play n' Stay isa Godsend! Inever thought Chance would begood with other dogs. HeLOVESIT! Hewas sotired when wegot home heslept for 12hours. Hewas happy, loved, and well caredfor. Penny isgreat totalkto, and very helpful and soexcited tomeet Chance. Would highly recommend!! Can't wait totake Chance back for another day offun!
